Keenan Fletcher moved to St. Louis to join Saint Louis Dance Theatre after an international career in ballet and contemporary dance. Keenan began his formal training at Vickers Dance Studio in Kingston, Jamaica, before receiving a scholarship to the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's Modern Ballet programme in partnership with Scottish Ballet.

While in Scotland, Keenan performed with Scottish Ballet in Peter Darrell's The Nutcracker. He then joined Matthew Bourne's acclaimed production of Swan Lake, touring throughout the United Kingdom, including a two-month run at Sadler's Wells Theatre. The production toured internationally to China, Japan, South Korea, and the United States, where Keenan served as cover Prince. He continued with Matthew Bourne's company, performing in Nutcracker! during their 2021-2022 U.K. tour. In 2023, Keenan performed at the Plié for the Arts Jamaica International Dance Festival Gala.
