Lily Cong moved to St. Louis to join Saint Louis Dance Theatre after graduating from the University of Arizona in 2023 with a BFA in Dance and minors in Mathematics and Global Education. Lily began her training under Jon and Kathleen Cristofori at Yuma Ballet Academy in Arizona. During her university studies, she performed works by Paul Taylor, Gerald Arpino, Hayley Meier, and Tamara Dyke-Compton.

Her professional development includes programs with the Limón Dance Company, Countertechnique, DanceWorks Chicago, Donald Byrd Workshop, and Oklahoma City Ballet.
