Megan Rancour moved to St. Louis in 2017 to join Saint Louis Dance Theatre's Trainee Program after graduating with a BFA in Dance from Western Michigan University. Megan trained throughout the Chicago area at Ambition Dance & Performing Arts, Lou Conte Dance Studio, and Visceral Dance Center before beginning her university studies.

Since joining the main company in 2019, she has performed works by Norbert De La Cruz III, Joshua Peugh, Marcus Willis, Elizabeth Corbett, and Geoffrey Alexander. Megan made her musical theater debut as a featured dancer in COCA's 2023 production of Pippin. She serves as the company's Studio Manager and teaches Pilates throughout St. Louis, having earned her full certification through STOTT PILATES.
