Molly Rapp, a St. Louis native, joined Saint Louis Dance Theatre in 2018 after completing the company's Trainee Program. Molly began her training at Lucille Rapp Dance Studio before earning a BFA in Dance with an emphasis in Ballet and a BA in Business Management from Webster University, graduating summa cum laude in 2017.

At Webster University, she performed works by Monica Newsam, Nejla Yatkin, Alicia Graf-Mack, and Michael Uthoff, and appeared as a guest artist with Kansas City Ballet in Devon Carney's Waltz of the Flowers. From 2017 to 2019, she helped develop Newsam Aerial Dance, creating codified aerial curriculum for local studios.

Since joining the company, Molly has performed works by Shannon Alvis, Elizabeth Corbett, Norbert De La Cruz III, Marcus Jarrell Willis, Dexandro Montalvo, and Jessica Lang. She serves as the company's Director of Operations and is a proud mom to her son, Rusty.
