Saint Louis Dance Theatre (STLDT) continues its groundbreaking (RE)Imagine season with (RE)Build, presented by Paul and Kathleen Matecki, marking the first-ever performance of legendary choreographer Jiří Kylián's work by a St. Louis dance company. The winter concert series runs Feb. 27-March 2 at COCA's Catherine B. Berges Theatre.

The Ellington/Strayhorn Nutcracker, running Dec. 20-21 at Chaminade's Skip Viragh Performing Arts Center, weaves a magical tale set against the backdrop of a dreamy, reimagined St. Louis. This innovative production brings together the unsung genius of Billy Strayhorn and the legendary Josephine Baker to celebrate the transformative power of music and love.

Saint Louis Dance Theatre (STLDT) is thrilled to unveil its highly anticipated 2024-2025 season, (RE)Imagine, marking a bold new era for the company and a celebration of the vibrant spirit of St. Louis. As part of its commitment to accessibility and community engagement, STLDT is proud to launch a pilot community outreach program, in collaboration with the City of St. Louis and the Youth Development Collaborative, a Mayor Jones initiative, by offering complimentary tickets to the season opening (RE)Claim fall concert series to St. Louis City youth. Up to 100 tickets per eligible performance will be distributed to youth-serving programs.

Saint Louis Dance Theatre is proud to announce it has been awarded $600,000 in ARPA for the Arts grant funding from the Regional Arts Commission of St. Louis (RACSTL). This represents the largest tier of funding awarded, recognizing STLDT's significant contribution to the St. Louis arts and culture scene. The grant will support STLDT in creating inclusive, world-class dance experiences that will enrich the St. Louis community and attract more visitors to the city.

In a thrilling reveal at the May 15th St. Louis City SC game, The Big Muddy Dance Company unveiled its bold new identity as Saint Louis Dance Theatre. The name change ignites a renewed energy while honoring the city's pioneering spirit and rich artistic tapestry.
