Summer Intensive Session 4: A Jazz Intensive for Adult Community Dancers
You asked, we answered! Whether you’re a professional looking to supplement your training, a pre-professional student home for the summer, or a frequent drop-in student, Saint Louis Dance Theatre has created this one week adult intensive specially for you. Dancers will receive the highest quality dance training in the heart of St. Louis from our own in-house teaching artists. In addition to the full schedule of STLDT’s diverse array of open classes, Session 4 Jazz dancers will participate in exclusive programming, including:
a specialized jazz track to refine technique, instructed by long-time company member and Director of Education, Brandon Fink
specialized classes in Yoga and Pilates
participation in choreography to promote artistry and performance
optional performance opportunity at an end-of-week black box showcase, in combination with Sessions 1 & 2 intensive dancers
Session 4 Jazz intensive classes run in the evenings (6:00-8:00 PM) from Monday, June 23rd through Friday, June 27th, culminating in an optional showcase for friends and family on Friday at 7:00pm. At the end of the week, we'll send you home with a special STLDT gift bag!
